How To: Move your RSS Feed from Google Reader to Bloglovin

Hi everyone and happy Tuesday :)

It's official for some time now, but the time is almost here: Google Reader will be stopped as of July 1st and will no longer be available!

Now what to do?

There are various options, but I personally decided to import my RSS Feed from Google Reader to Bloglovin. Because it's pretty EASY ;-)
So I thought I'd share how to do it with you here in this little blog post:)
 
First click on http://www.bloglovin.com/import/reader

You will see this picture:

Now click on the blue button "Import from Google Reader"

This picture will show:

 Simply click on the button "Import from Google Reader" - that's it!

Es ist ja nun schon seit einiger Zeit offiziell, aber jetzt ist es tatsächlich beinahe soweit: Google Reader wird zum 1.Juli eingestellt und ist dann endgültig nicht mehr verfügbar!

Tja, was jetzt?

Es gibt natürlich verschiedene Optionen, aber ich persönlich habe nun für mich beschlossen meinen RSS Feed von Google Reader nach Bloglovin zu importieren. Vor allem auch weil es total EINFACH ist ;-)
Und so dachte ich mir, das ich Euch hier mal aufschreibe wie es geht:

Zuerst, klicke auf http://www.bloglovin.com/import/reader
Es erscheint folgendes Bild:



Jetzt auf den blauen Button "Import from Google Reader" klicken
Dann erscheint das folgende Bild:
 

Nun auf den Button unten links "Import from Google Reader" klicken - und das war's schon :)

CAS-ual Fridays: Mapquest

Hi everyone and happy Friday :)
Like (almost) every Friday, a new CAS-ual Fridays challenge is starting, today!
This week our theme is

Hallo zusammen und Euch allen einen wunderschönen Freitag :)
Wie (beinahe) jeden Freitag, gibt es auch heute wieder eine neue CAS-ual Fridays Challenge!
Und das Thema dieser Woche lautet

show us a travel related CAS project (maps, things that go etc.)
zeigt uns ein CAS Projekt, das irgendwie mit Reisen zu tun hat (Landkarten, Fortbewegungsmittel etc.)

The wheel is my relation to the travel theme, while the card itself is an encouragement card with this wonderful sentiment from Dr.Seuss "You can steer yourself in any direction you choose" :)
For the focal point, I  first stamped the sentiment in yellow ink on white cardstock, then masked it and stamped the wheel in brown over the sentiment.
Stamps are from Whimsy Stamps, the border punch at the bottom is from Fiskars and the oval dies are from Spellbinders.

Das Steuerrad ist hier mein Bezug zum Reisethema, während die Karte an sich eigentlich eine Aufmunterungskarte ist mit diesem wundervollen Sprüchlein "Du selbst kannst die Richtung wählen, in die Du steuerst"  von Dr.Seuss.
Für das Motiv habe ich zunächst das Sprüchlein mit gelber Stempelfarbe auf weißem Cardstock gestempelt, dann habe ich das maskiert und das Steuerrad in braun darüber gestempelt.
Stempel sind von Whimsy Stamps, der untere Bordürenlocher ist von Fiskars und die ovalen Stanzen von Spellbinders.

How To: Create a Pinwheel Birthday Card

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!
Today I'm sharing a CAS Birthday card with you where I used one of the beautiful papers that came with the Scrapbook Werkstatt June Kit!
To create the cute pinwheel on the card I used a soft and pastel colored patterned paper from Studio Calico's "Atlantic" collection.

I also have a (english) step-by-step video for you, where I show how I made this card.
And I am also sharing some little tips and tricks along the way :)

Heute möchte ich Euch eine CAS (clean and simple) Geburtstagskarte zeigen, die ich mit einem der hübschen Papiere aus dem Scrapbook Werkstatt Juni Kit "Seemannsgarn" gewerkelt habe!
Ich habe ein sehr pastelliges Papier aus Studio Calico's "Atlantic" Serie für mein kleines Windrädchen auf der Geburtstagskarte verwendet.

Ich habe außerdem auch ein (deutschsprachiges) Schritt-für-Schritt Video für Euch, in dem ich den Entstehungsprozess dieser Karte zeige und auch einige Tipps und Tricks verrate :)
